ARRIVING EARLY/RUNNING LATE

Please arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. This is important so that we have time for cleaning and sanitising.

I'm afraid if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to carry out your treatment and a cancellation fee will apply.

Please let us know if you are running late by replying to your confirmation email, thank you.

PATCH TESTING

You are invited to receive a patch test 24hrs before your lash appointment. This can be booked here.

If you do not choose to have one, you will be asked to sign a consent form.

Allergic reactions can happen despite having had a patch test/lash extensions before. It is also possible to develop an allergy to the glue over time.

£££

We do not take deposits for the majority of appointment types, but a 100% cancellation fee will incur if you give less than 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Spray Tans and any full set of lashes require a £20/£10 deposit.

All refunded deposits will incur a £1 transaction fee by the payment provider.

GUESTS

Guests are not permitted at your appointment due to insurance reasons and COVID.

Please come to your appointment alone.
